Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our site, and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to your order. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Ordering online with Kempston Radiators is easy - just follow these simple steps
After browsing through our shop, click on the product that interests you to expose a list of features and benefits.
To order, click Add to Basket where you may enter the quantity you require in the appropriate box (don't worry you can change your mind at any point up to confirming your order, also some pages within the site give you the option to enter a quantity before you add them to you shopping basket.)
View your Shopping Basket at any stage to amend your order.
Proceed to the Checkout when you are ready to make your purchase.
Complete your invoice address details.
Optional Enter your delivery address, this must be a registered business address, we are unable to ship to a separate 3rd party domestic address.
Select your payment method from the options available, if paying by credit or debit card select the top option "Secure Credit / Debit Card Payments" and enter your payment details in the secure area.
Click finish to confirm your order.
Print your receipt, if required.

About your order:
All orders are dispatched generally via our couriers at 3pm (Monday to Friday).
Payments can be made using Visa, Master Card, Delta, Switch/Maestro and Solo.
We will acknowledge your order by e-mail.
Once your order has left the warehouse, we will notify you of the anticipated delivery date.
Telephone Ordering - Telephone orders are welcome, our sales team will be happy to help between the hours of 08.00 to 17.30 Monday to Friday and can be contacted on 01234 852 073. We are unable to guarantee next working day delivery on telephone orders, in most cases delivery is within two working days for courier delivered items. All value added offers and extra discounts are not available to orders placed via the telephone.
Payment Scoring: Our payment service providers not only check your card to ensure that it is registered to the invoice address provided, but also provide a fraud score, this gives a risk assessment on the card, the name used, the address & email address plus many other factors. We reserve the right to place high value orders on hold for fraud score results, or decline the order, if we decline we will credit the card:*
For orders that do not match the address or postcode we will void or credit the order within 2working days.
For high fraud score returns we will normally credit the card within 2 working days.
*If a transaction triggers unusual scoring we may hold the payment for up to 30 days, this can give banks time to ensure the card is not being used fraudulently. You will be notified by email should your payment be on hold or void for any reason
Shipping And Handling
We normally expect your order to be delivered the next working day within UK Mainland, for the Highland of Scotland including the Shetland islands and Northern Ireland you should allow 2-3 working days. (Monday to Friday). Any orders placed after 3pm Friday are processed the same day, however you should not expect delivery until the following Monday.
Delivery is charged at £8 + VAT for all UK mainland destinations, with other destinations charged on a sliding scale based on the weight of the item and destination. Please add the items you require to the basket and then begin the checkout process, entering your destination to be advised of the delivery costs to your desired destination.
Please note that if you wish to cancel your order you must notify us immediately, as we do ship items on the same day of receiving the order where possible, the fastest method of contacting us in these situations is by phone. If your order consists of more than one product, and we are out of stock in part, we will notify you, however we may choose to ship part of your order separately, to minimise the inconvenience to you, you will not be charged extra shipping if we choose to ship your orders separately.
Whilst we aim to have your order delivered on the next working day when placed before 3pm Monday to Friday we can not be responsible for delays and can not offer any form of compensation should your order not arrive, please do not arrange for any work to be carried out until you have received your goods.
We send all goods via Royal Mail using a 1st class service or a UK couriers using a next working day service. Orders placed online or over the phone will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 working day. We will always notify you of any delays with your order for whatever reason, giving you the chance to cancel, we will notify you in most cases by email.
If your item is not in stock, we will place it on back order for you. You will always be notified by email with the option to cancel your order. In most cases we will include a delivery timescale when we are out of stock, so that you have an idea of how long your order will take.
For orders made from the UK, the standard rate of 20% VAT is added, we display both excluding and including Vat prices on each product for trade account customers and inclusive prices for none trade account users.
Credit Card Security
All our credit card payments are processed by 'SagePay' secure payment service provider, giving you total peace of mind. We do not have access to your card details.

If you are in any way unhappy with any of your purchases, you can return all unused goods, in their original packaging, within 14 days for a refund or exchange. When returning items please include the original, or a copy of the invoice that we supplied, if you have any questions or concerns you should email us with a description of fault or reason for return along with the make, model or name of the product and we will be happy to advise and provide a solution. At Kempston Radiators we also meet the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998.
Should a replacement product be required we will arrange for our couriers to deliver the new item and collect the faulty/damaged item at the same time, this will minimise the inconvenience to you, please make sure that the item to be collected is packed or wrapped, as the couriers will not collect non-packaged goods, and will be unable to leave the replacement, if they are unable to collect the return, if this does happen you may be liable for a second delivery attempt charge of £8 + Vat.
If an exchange or return is due to simply changing your mind or having ordered the wrong item, then all original or subsequent delivery fees, along with collection fees (if you request us to arrange the collection) are applicable and non refundable. A collection is currently charged at £18 + VAT.
If you require a refund, we will credit your origional payment method within 7 days of receipt of the returned product. Please note that the delivery charge is non-refundable. For faulty goods, we will either replace the goods or refund you in full (including delivery charges) refunds for faulty goods are made within 28 days of receipt.
Your statutory rights are unaffected.
You may cancel your order at any stage before, and up to 14 days after the goods are delivered to you by notifying us in writing at the address or emailing us. We aim to process your order for dispatch on the same day of receiving it. Consequently, even if you do cancel your order shortly after placing it, it is possible that we may be unable to prevent goods you have ordered being dispatched to you, if this is the case, you may then be required to return the order to us, for items not required but do require a refund they must be returned at your cost to us within 14 working days and un-used in the original packaging.
