PRICES

All prices are listed including VAT.

DELIVERY

All items despatched next day with a carriage charge of £11.75 per item which is added at the the time of order.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Visa and listed credit cards through World Pay.

RETURNS POLICY

Product/s may be returned if damaged or faulty within 7 days provided it is in its original packaging and contains the delivery note/invoice. Please refer to diagram to ensure correct products is selected before ordering.

Incorrectly ordered items may be returned within 7 days in original packaging with delivery note/invoice.

Customer to arrange/pay for carriage. Incorrect ordered items will incur a 15% handling charge.

REFUNDS

Moneys will be refunded to customer's account once the item is received at our warehouse in the original packaging with the delivery note/invoice.

SECURITY

Kempston Radiators use World Pay to ensure your credit card will be protected against fraudulent use while you are on our site.

AVAILABILITY

Kempston Radiators will contact the customer by e-mail if a product they require is out of stock and will give an expected delivery date.
